Real modalities, translated into a life.
Every modality at MLJ exists to serve a domain of the Rebuild Method. These aren’t offerings on a brochure, they are the working instruments of the clinical plan, delivered at true 1:1 ratios.
Nine modalities, four domains.
Dialectical Behavior Therapy
Skills to manage intense emotion, tolerate distress, and repair relationships, the backbone of our BPD and emotional-regulation work.
Learn More →Cognitive Behavioral Therapy
Results-driven work that maps how thoughts, emotions, and actions interconnect, and interrupts the harmful patterns.
Learn More →Individual Therapy
A secure, impartial 1:1 space to work the reasons underneath the addiction, at a frequency only six beds makes possible.
Learn More →Group Therapy
A small, protected group of peers who understand the stakes, compassion, accountability, and better coping practiced live.
Learn More →Family Support
Addiction affects the whole family system. Family therapy is integrated into the clinical plan from day one, not offered as an add-on.
Learn More →Experiential Therapy
Mountains, water, desert, clinical methods applied in unconventional settings where the present moment can’t be performed.
Learn More →Yoga
Trauma-informed yoga, breath, movement, and nervous-system regulation that returns clients to the body the addiction taught them to leave.
Learn More →Grief Therapy
Loss that was never processed often sits underneath the substance. Grief work, done clinically.
Learn More →Life Skills
Stress management, healthy relationships, financial independence, problem-solving, communication, the operational skills of a functioning adult life.
Learn More →Modalities don’t heal people. Clinicians using the right modality at the right moment do.Meet the team behind the work →
No single modality carries the plan.
A clinical plan at My Limitless Journeys is built from several instruments at once, chosen for the person rather than the program. Individual therapy is the constant, the place where the rest is interpreted. Around it, dialectical behavior therapy builds regulation skills, and family support brings the people at home into the same work.
The mix shifts with the diagnosis. For co-occurring disorders, modalities are sequenced so mental health and substance use are treated together rather than in turn. Each one maps to a domain of the Rebuild Method: Body, Mind, Life and Self.
What makes the combination workable is time. With a maximum of six clients, the true 1:1 clinical ratio gives each modality room to do its part, at the frequency the plan calls for.
